At Ready Silver, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

* Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and packaging.
* To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@readysilver.com with your order number.
* Please note: the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Refunds

* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
* If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, worn or damaged items cannot be returned.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contact@readysilver.com with photos. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
